Terms and Conditions
The purchase of any travel services offered by TripUnboxed constitutes a contractual arrangement between the client and TripUnboxed, and represents the client’s acceptance of TripUnboxed’s Terms & Conditions. Please ensure that the client reads carefully and understands these Terms & Conditions prior to booking. Acceptance of these terms is a condition of booking and is the client’s acknowledgment that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by them. When the client books their trip, they accept these conditions on behalf of the entire party. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that all of the details on confirmations are correct.
Trip Destination
TripUnboxed will recommend destinations based on your preferences, budget, and travel dates. By agreeing to these Terms & Conditions, you give TripUnboxed permission to select or recommend the destination for your trip. We make recommendations based on the information provided by you; therefore, we cannot be held liable if you are unhappy with your final destination. Refunds are not provided under these circumstances.
Travel Details
Name Changes:
Please ensure the name on your booking matches your government-issued ID. Any changes to name details may be treated as cancellations by airlines and other service providers. We will try to assist, but we cannot guarantee the acceptance of changes by third-party providers.
Ticket Changes:
If changes to your travel dates or times are needed, please contact us as soon as possible. Any changes are subject to the service providers’ policies and may incur additional fees. If you miss your travel window or cancel, refunds are not guaranteed and depend on the third-party provider’s policies.
Missed Travel:
If you miss your flight, train, or bus, TripUnboxed cannot be held responsible for any additional charges or missed reservations. Please ensure timely arrival for check-ins as per the instructions provided.
Ticket Delivery:
Tickets and travel documents will be emailed to the address you provide. Please ensure that your email is accurate, as all travel information and tickets will be delivered electronically. TripUnboxed is not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect email addresses.
Accommodation Compliance
Clients are required to adhere to the rules of their accommodations. Additional fees incurred due to damages, late checkouts, or violations of hotel policies are the client’s responsibility. TripUnboxed will not be liable for such charges.
Liability and External Factors
TripUnboxed acts as an agent between you and various third-party travel suppliers (airlines, hotels, transport providers). We take care to partner with trusted suppliers, but we are not liable for their actions, including service changes, cancellations, delays, or errors. We are not responsible for situations beyond our control, such as natural disasters, political unrest, or transportation delays. Compensation cannot be provided in these cases.
Refunds
Refunds are not guaranteed and depend on the policies of third-party providers. Requests for refunds must be submitted directly to TripUnboxed within 10 days of trip completion. Refunds for unused services or last-minute cancellations are not provided, except as outlined in the provider’s policies.
Media
By sharing photos or content from your trip with TripUnboxed, you grant us the right to use this material for promotional purposes, including marketing and collaborations.
Important Note: Conditions beyond our control such as natural disasters, terrorism, and other events could impact your travel. TripUnboxed will assist in mitigating such disruptions but will not cover additional costs due to these factors.
